About Us

Elissa is our resident organizer with an innate gift for creating harmonious, functional spaces. Her friends and colleagues will attest that she's always been an organizational virtuoso—someone who spontaneously transforms environments with both aesthetic beauty and practical purpose.

As a busy mother of young children, Elissa has embraced her natural talent for bringing order to the daily rhythm of household life. She brings diverse professional experience to her work, including years as a high-end floral designer working with clients around the globe, corporate plant buying, and a background in art history. Her extensive travels—particularly to northern India, a place she holds dear—have deepened her understanding of how different cultures relate to their living spaces.

Elissa is especially attuned to the deep connection we have to our homes and the unique purpose of each space within them. With her ability to truly listen and understand what matters most to you, she guides clients toward the kind of order that creates lasting internal peace.

When she's not working her organizational magic, you can find Elissa exploring the great outdoors of New England with her two young boys, attending wellness retreats, or savoring a hot cup of chai.

Sandra is our resident downsizer, and as a Gemini she'll be the first to admit she was not born this way! Through a twenty-year journey of processing generations of accumulated belongings, she has come to embrace minimalism as her North Star and "Simplify" as her mantra. Along the way, she has gleaned wisdom from philosophy and perspective from travels in South India and throughout Europe. Her latest chapter celebrates the power of minimalist living, and the message of "less is more" has become both her guiding principle and her passion.

Sandra holds a BA in Psychology and Gerontology and spent nearly a decade working as a Medical Social Worker with clients of hospices, home health agencies, and nursing facilities. She has extensive experience supporting people from all walks of life, ages, and physical abilities, with particular expertise in life transitions and end-of-life issues. She has also worked as a real estate agent and vacation rental manager—experience that gives her unique insight into how people relate to their living spaces.

When not tidying, Sandra can be found with her apron on, cooking gourmet whole food meals or enjoying all the outdoor adventuring the Green Mountains have to offer with her two boys and beloved dog, Shanti.
